Your Privacy is Our Priority
Total Control and Ownership
Your records are protected with industry-standard encryption — AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ (TLS 1.3 preferred) in transit. You control your data: you can download, update, or delete it anytime.
To prevent accidental loss, we keep automatic backups for up to 30 days. If you delete something, it disappears from your account immediately but may remain in backups until the 30-day period ends. After that, it's permanently erased.
Our AI Doesn't Know Your Name
Before any AI processing, we automatically remove personal identifiers (like your name or phone number) from the digitized text — your original files stay untouched. We do not use your records, prompts, or outputs to train AI models.
Access is Locked Down
You decide who sees your records. By default, only you can access your data. Limited administrator access is allowed only for maintenance and security, following the principle of least privilege.
